Football kits are starting to make their way into peoples’ everyday rotation, and you can feel the energy in the air. But the award for best national team jersey of the summer doesn’t go to one of the 24 teams taking part. In fact, it goes to a team that wasn’t even eligible to compete in the UEFA-sanctioned tournament to begin with.
