Workshop 33° is a Baghdad-based architectural practice driven by a minimal and conceptual ethos, taking inspiration from latitude as a metaphor for direction, balance, and spatial orientation.
PROBLEM
Architectural practices often struggle to articulate complex spatial philosophies into a clear visual identity. Workshop 33° needed a system that expressed its ethos of minimalism, balance, and spatial orientation without resorting to cliché architectural tropes.
SOLUTION
We crafted a visual identity rooted in structural simplicity and geometric precision, leveraging negative space, subtle typographic tension, and coordinate-inspired grid layouts. The resulting system translates spatial planning and cartographic orientation into a clean, purposeful brand language across physical printables and digital formats.
